TIP Group Germany expands its rental fleet with 300 new MAN and Volvo tractor units
TIP Group is significantly expanding its fleet with two major orders from renowned manufacturers MAN and Volvo. A total of 300 state-of-the-art tractor units will be delivered to TIP starting in the first quarter of 2025, reinforcing the company’s commitment to providing its customers with the most modern and efficient transport solutions.These new tractor units will be deployed across TIP’s fleet, available as flexible, customized rental solutions designed to meet the specific needs of each client.
150 MAN TGX 18.520 tractor units
As part of its fleet expansion, TIP has placed an order for 150 MAN TGX 18.520 tractor units. Known for their performance, comfort, and superior fuel efficiency, the MAN TGX series continues to be a strategic choice for TIP’s fleet. These vehicles, set to be delivered in the first half of 2025, will help TIP customers in the transport and logistics industry stay competitive with access to cutting-edge vehicle technology.

The inclusion of MAN TGX units not only strengthens TIP’s rental offerings but also supports companies in enhancing their operational efficiency without making large, long-term financial commitments.

150 Volvo FH Aero tractor units
In addition to the MAN order, TIP has secured 150 Volvo FH Aero 4x2 trucks, equipped with the highly efficient 13-litre Volvo Trucks Turbo Compound engine. These Volvo models, ordered at the Hanover Fair, are valued for their exceptional fuel economy and advanced safety features. The first units will arrive in early 2025, complementing TIP’s growing portfolio of modern, sustainable vehicles.

TIP already operates a fleet of over 1,600 Volvo trucks, including electric models, and this latest addition underscores TIP’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and innovation in commercial vehicle rental.
The delivery of these 300 MAN and Volvo tractor units marks a significant step in TIP’s strategy to modernize and expand its rental fleet.
